SRI LLC is a New York based investor that owns and operates multifamily residential real estate.  Founded in 1993, SRI has owned and operated over 8,000 units across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest and Southeast United States.

We seek opportunistic acquisition prospects in properties that offer significant upside potential with limited downside risk. SRI  chooses projects that both contribute to, and benefit from, the progress of their respective neighborhoods - sustaining asset appreciation for the long run.
