SRI is a New York based real estate investment firm specializing in multifamily assets with value-add opportunities. From the initial purchase and planning stages, through active management and renovations, and ultimately sales dispositions, SRI sees its projects through their entire life cycle.
Harold Schertz has over 30 years of experience as a real estate professional, excelling in a broad range of roles including acquisition, asset management, disposition, project management, leasing and redevelopment of different types of real estate including office, multifamily and retail. As a former CPA at the firm of Oppenheim Appel Dixon & Co. he was responsible for accounting and audit review for various real estate clients. Mr. Schertz was a former Asset Manager at Merrill Lynch Hubbard, who was responsible for deploying redevelopment or releasing of various properties around the country. Mr. Schertz holds a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Accounting and Economics from Yeshiva University and a Masters in Business Administration from Pace University.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Aryeh Victor supports the financial reporting, tax preparation, analysis and due diligence process for SRI clients and investment partnerships. This includes analyzing new prospects, developing financial projections and monitoring the financial and operational performance of managed assets. Mr. Victor holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brooklyn College.
Jordan Williams is involved in the underwriting, acquisitions and project management for SRI as well as the day-to-day management of the assets. Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Queens College and a Masters of Science in Real Estate from New York University.
